Job summary

Accenture Song is hiring a Visual Design Associate Manager who will drive visual design direction across engagements, from concept through delivery. You will shape the aesthetic language, design systems, and output across touchpoints, while mentoring juniors and collaborating with product and strategy teams.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate creative processes, engage stakeholders with clear rationale, and contribute to business development through design narratives and case studies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries and platforms.
• 2+ years contributing end-to-end visual design engagements.
• Strong craft in brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and UI.
• Pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specs.
• Experience guiding junior designers and collaborating in agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape visual design direction from concept through delivery.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions.
• Produce high-quality work across identities, systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Own your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal guidance.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Engage clients and stakeholders with clear design rationale.
• Support proposals and case studies with project work and design narratives.
