Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to guide visual direction across engagements, shaping the aesthetic language and design system under senior leadership. You will craft production‑ready visuals, mentor team members, and leverage AI tools to accelerate concepting and production.
You will work within a cross‑functional team in Chicago, delivering brand‑level visual experiences and contributing to client discussions with a trusted creative voice.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
- 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end‑to‑end, from concept to production‑ready delivery.
- Delivering high‑fidelity visual work with pixel-perfect deliverables and developer‑ready specs.
- Experience guiding junior designers and collaborating in cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on engagements, translating briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions.
- Produce high-quality visual design work across identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI.
- Mentor junior designers and support the team in AI-enabled workflows and client conversations.
