Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to lead high- craft visual output across touchpoints and program phases. You will mentor juniors, contribute to design system development, and connect visual decisions to brand strategy under senior guidance.

You will work with AI-enabled workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape proposals and client engagements, driving consistent, top-tier visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Visual Design across industries and platforms.
• End-to-end contribution from concept to production-ready delivery.
• Pixel-perfect deliverables with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual design direction and aesthetic language across engagements.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions.
• Produce high-quality work across identities, systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Own your workstream and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
