Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Lead to own visual language, design system development, and high‑fidelity output across client and internal engagements. You will guide teams, translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, and use AI tools to accelerate craft while maintaining exceptional craft standards.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor designers, and drive measurable business impact through design excellence and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries and contexts.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end (concept to delivery).
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching visual designers.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments with product and engineering teams.
• Hands-on in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI design tools) and ability to guide teams.
• Ability to present visual strategy and rationale to senior client stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring aesthetic cohesion and timely output.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into clear visual languages.
• Define the creative direction and produce high‑fidelity output alongside the team.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production without replacing creative thinking.
• Engage in client discussions as a leading creative voice and translate design rationale into strategic narratives.
