Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to lead high‑craft design across brand identities, design systems, and digital experiences. You will collaborate with product designers, engineers, and strategists, mentoring junior team members and advocating for strong visual language.

You will drive concepting, ensure pixel‑perfect outputs, and leverage AI as a creative enabler within a cross‑functional studio environment, aligning visual decisions with brand strategy and client goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Visual Design across multiple brands and platforms.
2+ years contributing to end-to-end visual design engagements from concept to delivery.
Deliver high-fidelity visual work with brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and digital UI.
Experience mentoring junior designers and shaping craft within a team.
Comfort with using AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.

Responsibilities

Shape and guide visual design direction across engagements from concept through delivery.
Produce production-ready visual outputs with strong craft and attention to detail.
Own your workstream and translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into visuals.
Engage with clients and stakeholders, presenting design rationale and growing as a creative voice.
Document how AI tooling informs workflow and contributes to design narratives.
