Qualifications

• 7+ years in Visual Design across industries.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end‑to‑end, from concepting to delivery.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching visual designers.
• Experience in agile and cross‑functional environments with product designers, engineers, and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality output and cohesive aesthetics.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into clear, compelling visual languages.
• Define creative direction and produce high-fidelity output with your team.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Present visual strategy to senior stakeholders and guide decisions under pressure.
