Job summary

Favia is seeking a VIP Relationship Manager to join the Private Client team remotely in the US. You will build and expand relationships with the firm's high-net-worth clients, unlocking the full value of Favia’s product suite.

You will drive revenue and trading activity by leveraging data, analytics and tailored VIP programs, while collaborating with product, marketing and client service to scale the private client offering globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship or private client sales/relationship management.
• Track record with high-net-worth individuals.
• Deep understanding of trading product solutions (spot, margin, futures) and OTC.
• Data-driven with KPI analysis and client insight utilization.
• Strong network within the crypto industry and HNWIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to meet clients and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to HNWI clients worldwide with top-tier account management.
• Drive KPIs across revenue, trading volume and assets through data-driven strategy.
• Bring Favia's private client offerings to market to sustain impact and competitiveness.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for Favia's top private clients and build deep relationships.
• Execute programmes that increase client activity, trading and assets on platform.
• Leverage blockchain analytics and client insights to inform revenue-generation efforts.
