United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a customer support professional to serve high-net-worth members, handling complex fintech scenarios with precision across banking, credit, and payments. You’ll operate as an autonomous problem-solver, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure premium service.

This remote-friendly role requires clear communication, strong ownership, and the ability to work with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to explain fintech concepts to non-technical customers.
• 2+ years in fintech or financial services customer support, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
• Availability to work nights and weekends (US hours).
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision and clarity.
• Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes (verification, setup, troubleshooting) maintaining high care standards.
• Handle sensitive scenarios (frozen accounts, disputed transactions, denials, compliance) with professional judgment.
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance to resolve multi-stakeholder issues.
• File bug reports and test new features in staging environments; create/update process documentation.
• Qualify high-value sales leads and route to account executives.
