Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ in Dallas seeks a Senior Vice President of Data Centers to own the P&L, scale the data center business, and command respect with hyperscale clients.

You will lead the strategic vision and execution for a multi-hundred-million portfolio, build elite teams, mentor leaders, and drive flawless delivery. The package includes base salary 325,000–400,000 USD, executive bonus 30–50%, equity or phantom stock, car allowance, premium health benefits, and relocation support to Dallas.

Job description

I am currently partnering with a premier, high-growth general contractor in Dallas to identify a heavy hitting Senior Vice President (SVP) of Data Centers.

The mission-critical market is moving at a breakneck pace right now, and my client is positioned right at the center of it. They need an executive leader who can fully own the P&L, scale their data center business unit, and command respect with hyperscale clients.

If you are a proven mission-critical construction leader who is tired of organizational red tape and wants a clear path to executive ownership, this is it.

The role:

As the SVP, you will lead the strategic vision and operational execution for a massive data center construction portfolio.

• Scale an elite team, solidify enterprise/hyperscale client relationships, and drive flawless project delivery from day one.
• National and regional portfolios often exceeding $500M+ in value.

What we are looking for:

You are likely already in a VP or Director-level role at a top-tier contractor and are ready for the next logical step in your career.

• 15+ years in construction, with 8+ years explicitly dedicated to large-scale data center builds (Hyperscale, Colocation, or Enterprise).
• A track record of mentoring elite project teams and managing massive divisional P&Ls.
• A deep network within the data center, design, and utility ecosystems.

Compensation and benefits:

• Base Salary: $325,000 - $400,000+ (Highly negotiable based on the depth of your track record)
• Performance Bonus: Executive bonus structure targeting 30-50% of base.
• Long-Term Incentives: Equity or phantom stock options.
• Executive car allowance, premium health benefits, and full relocation assistance to Dallas if needed.
