Job summary

Metric DCX seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead a major hyperscale data center program. You will direct multiple project teams and senior professionals, from preconstruction through turnover, while managing executive client relationships, schedule, budget and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years in commercial construction, strong contractual/financial leadership, and a proven track record on $500M+ scale projects within complex environments. Travel is 100%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects or multi-building programs.
• Full project lifecycle experience from preconstruction through turnover.
• Experience managing senior project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Proven contractual and financial leadership.
• Experience on projects in the $500M+ range, ideally hyperscale data centers.
• Ability to operate as the senior figure across a major campus.

Compensation: up to $300,000 Base DOE + Performance / Profit-Sharing Bonus

The Opportunity

We are representing one of the largest general contractors in the US on a multi-billion-dollar hyperscale data center program

This is a Senior Project Executiveopportunity for an experienced construction leader who has the ability to take ownership of a major campus, lead multiple project teams, and operate at an executive level with a highly demanding client.

The overall program is expected to span multiple phases and buildings, with individual sections led by Project Executives reporting into the senior leader responsible for the broader program.

This is a genuine 1A leadership hire not a typical Project Executive position.

What You'll Lead

• The presence and leadership ability to operate as the senior figure across a major campus
