Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Project Executive – Data Center Construction to lead a major hyperscale program in Texas. You will own the campus, direct multiple project teams, and operate at the executive level with a demanding client, delivering from preconstruction through turnover with a relentless focus on safety, schedule and profitability.

This 1A leadership role requires 15+ years in commercial construction, a track record on $500M+ projects, and strong client communications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects or multi-building programs.
• Track record across full project lifecycle from preconstruction to turnover.
• Experience managing senior project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Proven commercial, contractual and financial leadership.
• Experience on $500M+ projects in hyperscale data centers or similar environments.
• Ability to lead as the senior figure across a major campus.

Compensation: up to $300,000 Base DOE + Performance / Profit-Sharing Bonus

Travel: 100% Travel

The Opportunity

We are representing one of the largest general contractors in the US on a multi-billion-dollar hyperscale data center program

This is a Senior Project Executiveopportunity for an experienced construction leader who has the ability to take ownership of a major campus, lead multiple project teams, and operate at an executive level with a highly demanding client.

The overall program is expected to span multiple phases and buildings, with individual sections led by Project Executives reporting into the senior leader responsible for the broader program.

This is a genuine 1A leadership hire not a typical Project Executive position.

• Proven commercial, contractual and financial leadership
• Experience on projects in the $500M+ range, ideally within hyperscale data centers or similarly complex environments
• The presence and leadership ability to operate as the senior figure across a major campus
