Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ in Dallas seeks a Senior Vice President of Data Centers to own the P&L, scale the data center business, and command respect with hyperscale clients.

You will lead the strategic vision and execution for a multi-hundred-million portfolio, build elite teams, mentor leaders, and drive flawless delivery. The package includes base salary 325,000–400,000 USD, executive bonus 30–50%, equity or phantom stock, car allowance, premium health benefits, and relocation support to Dallas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction, with 8+ years in large-scale data center builds
• Track record mentoring elite project teams
• Massive divisional P&Ls and strong hyperscale networks

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and operational execution for a major data center construction portfolio
• Scale the team and manage enterprise/hyperscale client relationships
• Drive project delivery on portfolios often exceeding $500M+ in value
