Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a SaaS environment, including at least 5 years in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Implementations, Revenue Cycle (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This senior leader will oversee client implementation strategy and execution across complex revenue cycle engagements, with a focus on seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and operational scalability. The role will partner closely with internal teams and clients to design solutions, resolve issues quickly, and strengthen implementation outcomes. It also carries responsibility for improving processes, aligning cross-functional priorities, and supporting business growth in a highly collaborative environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $175,000 – 210,000 annually
