Ladders is seeking an Epic Implementation Project Manager to lead healthcare IT implementations across clinical and revenue cycle environments. This remote role coordinates across stakeholders to deliver aligned scope, timelines and system configurations.

You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, travel to client sites as needed, and partner with clinical teams to translate requirements into effective workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Epic implementations or healthcare IT projects is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

For our client, we are seeking a Epic Implementation Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide complex implementation efforts across clinical and revenue cycle environments, ensuring projects stay aligned to scope, timelines, and business objectives.

The position partners closely with stakeholders across healthcare organizations to translate requirements into effective workflows and system configurations.

You will also support client engagements that require strong coordination, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Experience in Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Inpatient, and Ambulatory settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills across healthcare levels
