Ladders is seeking an Implementation Director to lead enterprise implementation efforts for health system customers. Remote role guiding projects from kickoff through adoption, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience to keep complex rollouts on track.

The ideal candidate brings 4–8+ years in healthcare or enterprise SaaS deployments, strong stakeholder management, and practical decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in implementation or professional services in healthcare or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale rollouts with multiple stakeholders and technical complexity.
• Fluency in health system IT and clinical operations, including EHR/EMR exposure.
• Proven ability to create and implement structures such as plans, frameworks, and reports that facilitate organization and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise health system accounts.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk registers for each account, actively managing delivery risk.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience, to ensure project commitments are met without formal authority.
• Manage relationships and status reporting with key executive and clinical stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Make informed decisions regarding project scope and timeline trade-offs in response to real constraints.
• Oversee action plans and internal communications for unique scopes of work that differ from core products.
• Ensure smooth handoff into steady-state operations for Customer Success Management.

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead enterprise implementation efforts for health system customers, guiding projects from kickoff through adoption and steady-state transition. You will partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer experience teams to keep complex rollouts on track, especially where healthcare operations and technical integration requirements intersect. The position requires strong stakeholder management, disciplined planning, and practical decision-making to balance scope, timing, and delivery risk in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise health system accounts, from kickoff to user adoption
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk registers for each account, actively managing delivery risk
