Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the end-to-end launch of enterprise healthcare partnerships. This role focuses on building delivery operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and creating a repeatable implementation framework to deliver strong customer outcomes in a regulated environment.

Remote-based, the Director will partner with product and engineering stakeholders, manage scope and escalation, and drive continuous process improvements to inform the future

Qualifications

• 8+ years in implementation, professional services, or technical program management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience delivering technical integrations in regulated enterprises.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and healthcare data standards.
• Ability to maintain customer relationships while enforcing project boundaries.
• Proven track record in process creation and improvement.
• Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch of enterprise partnerships from signature to go-live.
• Build and lead delivery teams with deployment strategists and solutions engineers.
• Manage requirements documentation and project scope.
• Oversee technical service level agreements and delivery commitments.
• Establish internal and external launch playbooks.
• Ensure team readiness for partner kickoff meetings.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Product Lead on partner requirements sharing.
• Evaluate and implement learnings from each launch for future improvements.
• Act as the primary escalation path for engineering support.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will oversee the end-to-end launch of enterprise partnerships, ensuring a smooth transition from signature through go-live. The role is centered on building disciplined delivery operations, coordinating cross-functional execution, and creating a repeatable implementation framework that supports strong customer outcomes in a regulated healthcare environment.

The Director will partner closely with internal technical and product stakeholders while guiding customer-facing teams through launch readiness, scope management, and escalation handling. This position will also drive continuous improvement across implementation processes, ensuring each launch informs a better operating model for future partnerships.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually
