Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Implementations, Revenue Cycle, a remote leadership role in the healthcare space. The role oversees strategy and execution across complex revenue cycle engagements to drive client satisfaction and scalable delivery.

The position requires extensive enterprise software implementations in SaaS, strong executive relationship skills, and the ability to align cross-functional roadmaps while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a SaaS environment, including at least 5 years in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation team overseeing software-based product implementations.
• Guide internal resources and clients in software solution design and integration with major Health Information Systems.
• Develop and manage executive relationships with clients, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Implement processes to monitor and measure implementation effectiveness, focusing on delivery time and client satisfaction.
• Align business and IT roadmaps by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations and Sales.
• Enhance structure and process for sustainable and scalable operations across responsibilities.
• Monitor and report project effectiveness and support business development initiatives.
