Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Inc. (VRSI) seeks a Lead Employment Specialist for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP).

This role oversees daily service delivery, ensures compliance with DOL VETS and grant requirements, and supervises office staff while building relationships with employers to expand veteran hiring. Based in Tukwila, WA, the position combines case management, office operations, program coordination, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with veterans or homelessness is highly preferred.
• Driving: valid license and reliable vehicle for community travel.

• Supervise Employment Specialists and ensure grant compliance and policy adherence.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and timesheets; monitor program outcomes.
• Develop relationships with employers to identify job opportunities for veterans.
• Provide case management, training, and career counseling to veterans.
• Prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
