Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced Staff Verification Engineer in the United States to verify and model mixed-signal automotive PMIC designs.

The role involves building verification environments, RNM and AMS integration, and collaborating with design, validation, CAD teams to drive sign-off of complex power management ICs. You'll lead debugging of analog blocks, optimize GLS and RTL simulations across PVT corners, and contribute to test plans and coverage.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in mixed-signal or analog circuit verification.
• Experience with RNM and AMS model integration.
• Proficiency in RTL and behavioral simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, and SPICE-based languages.

Mansioni
