Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related
• 12+ years in mixed-signal or analog circuit verification
• Deep understanding of mixed-signal verification environment architecture
• Hands-on RNM and AMS model integration
• Proficiency in RTL and behavioral simulation tools (Spectre, Xcelium)
• Strong GLS flows and debug skills for analog/digital RTL
• Automotive PMIC design/verification experience
• Verilog, SystemVerilog, SPICE languages
• UVM, assertions, coverage-driven verification
• Inter-domain verification collaboration and strong problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Design and architect mixed-signal verification environments including RNM/AMS
• Develop verification plans for automotive PMIC products with safety standards
• Set up GLS flows and correlate with RTL simulations
• Lead debugging of analog blocks (switchers, LDOs, bandgap) and interfaces
• Conduct RTL and Gate-Level simulations across PVT corners
• Collaborate with Design, Applications, ATE, and Silicon Validation teams
• Mentor junior verification engineers and establish best practices
• Advance verification tooling and explore AI-based solutions
• Document test plans and coverage for audits
