Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking a seasoned verification expert to lead customer engagements, analyzing verification environments, and delivering AI-enhanced solutions across VCS, Verdi, and VIP.

You will demonstrate advanced methodologies to accelerate chip development and drive adoption across strategic accounts. You will work with R&D and product teams to translate pain points into actionable requirements, run benchmarking studies, and train customer teams on UVM and advanced debugging techniques.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on functional verification experience.
• Fluency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, or SystemC.
• RTL and testbench coding, simulation debug, and coverage analysis.
• Working knowledge of UVM in production environments.
• UNIX/Linux environments and scripting in shell, Perl, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer verification environments and identify bottlenecks.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs showing Generative AI in verification.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and present findings to engineering teams.
• Translate customer pain points into requirements for AI-enhanced EDA capabilities.
• Lead technical discussions and training on UVM, low power verification, and Verdi.
• Build deep technical relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Debug testbenches, simulation environments, and scripts to resolve deployment issues.
