Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Operations Manager for the Charlotte venue to oversee facility operations, safety, staff scheduling, and event execution. You will work with the leadership team to ensure a welcoming, safe environment for staff and guests.

You will recruit, train and supervise multi-department staff, manage overhead budgets for repairs and operations, and coordinate with police, fire, and municipal entities to ensure compliant, smooth events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role.
• Experience working with police and public officials.
• Ability to manage multiple departments with many staff.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook; Workday exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house, maintenance, contracting, staffing, and venue setup/teardown.
• Ensure tasks are completed personally or delegated to appropriate staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff across departments such as Security, Operations, Cleaning, VIP, Parking, and Guest Services.
• Develop and oversee budgets for repairs, maintenance, venue supplies, and event operations.
• Assist GM in annual operations budgeting and reporting.
• Maintain incident records, conduct investigations, and participate in hearings when needed.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with subcontractors for safe, efficient events.
• Schedule seasonal staff and approve payroll in timekeeping system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government reporting requirements.
