Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Charlotte, NC venue. The role oversees all facility operations, maintenance, staffing, and compliance to ensure safe, clean and welcoming events for staff, artists, and guests.

You will partner with the Venue Management team, manage budgets, and coordinate with policing and municipal authorities while maintaining high standards of safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role.
• Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management.
• Experience working with police and public officials.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house, preventive maintenance, vendors, staffing, and setup/tear-down.
• Ensure tasks are handled personally or delegated appropriately.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise part-time staff across multiple departments.
• Develops and oversees overhead budgets for repairs, maintenance and venue supply expenses.
• Works with General Manager to prepare annual operations budget.
• Maintain incident records and investigate pending cases with staff and witnesses.
