Cox Automotive in the United States seeks a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to facilitate transport of vehicles to and from Manheim sites. This hybrid role combines independent analysis with collaborative dispatch duties to optimize margins and timelines.

Demonstrated customer service, 1–3 years of administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Formación

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Enter all manual orders and process other AS400 system orders.
• Coordinate with carriers to optimize VIN flows and margins.
• Monitor holds, delays, and dispatch; work with carriers to resolve issues.
• Measuring performance and generate reports for leadership.
