Cox Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist II to join our hybrid team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage vehicle inventory, support auction operations, and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure program requirements are met.

The role emphasizes accurate vehicle records, discrepancy resolution, and timely verification of vehicles, with strong attention to kickback notes and order histories.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to read order history and kickback notes to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle status via real-time calls to pickup sites.
• Collaborate with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Manage emails for multiple locations and regional communications.
• Enter manual orders and process AS400 system orders.
• Handle client VINs and coordinate with peers and agents.
• Monitor holds and verification delays; assist with negotiations to increase margin.
• Execute AutoIMS for delays, holds, cancellations and ETAs.
• Follow up with carriers daily; manage charges and records.
