Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior VDI Administrator to support a large DoD enterprise IT contract. You will manage Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, and M365 Azure Virtual Desktop environments, ensure uptime, apply patches, and design capacity plans.

The role requires DoD 8140.03 compliance and TS/SCI with poly is a requirement for the position. You will work in a team to implement new virtualization solutions, monitor performance, and provide Tier 2/3 support across multiple enclaves

Qualifications

Experience with customer interactions for service inquiries and problems.
Tier 2 and 3 system administration experience with Citrix and M365/A VD.
DoD 8140.03 compliant certifications or higher.

Responsibilities

Perform remote administration of offsite data center servers.
Provide Tier 2/3 ops support for Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, and AVD.
Monitor infrastructure, identify anomalies, and ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate with Engineering to plan modernization and capacity.
Conduct latency analysis to improve user experience.
