Job summary

Veeva Systems, a cloud industry leader for life sciences, seeks a Senior Consultant in its European Commercial Services team. You will lead delivery for Vault CRM, Events Management, and migrations to Veeva Vault Platform, working with top global pharmaceutical organizations to solve critical business challenges.

The role involves moving projects across Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and BA functions, with travel and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS technology implementation projects.
• Familiarity with CRM ecosystems.
• Strong consulting background with ability to architect and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for implementation and migration projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize business processes into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
