Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to join our vascular therapy team. This remote role requires residency within the territory and travel to multiple accounts, with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and 70%+ travel.

The specialist provides advanced clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies, trains physicians, supports case coverage, and collaborates with Therapy Development Representatives to drive adoption and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years relevant experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in carotid, embolic, and thrombectomy therapies preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands‑on procedural support for new vascular technologies.
• Deliver urgent and high‑priority case coverage for PVH carotid and thrombectomy therapies.
• Support adoption and utilization of new technologies through training and technical guidance.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and staff through in-services and presentations.
