Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Solution Engineer in a remote capacity to collaborate with enterprise customers, translate complex business requirements into effective system designs, and drive value from ValueOps portfolio and agile management solutions.

The role requires deep experience with portfolio management, agile frameworks, and strong stakeholder engagement to progress opportunities and adoption across large accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a technology or business-related field.
• 10+ years of related experience or 12+ years with bachelor’s as noted in the posting.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and agile transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead value alignment with strategic customers and build adoption activities.
• Document and share knowledge of customer portfolios and challenges across teams.
• Demonstrate solutions and present roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure consistency across solutions.
