Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer to engage with large enterprise customers, translating business requirements into system or process designs for portfolio management and agile transformations.

The role emphasizes value alignment, strategic engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D and Services, with remote work flexibility and a focus on delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in technology or business disciplines relevant to portfolio management and agile management.
• Strong ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to understand and document portfolio management challenges.
• Lead adoption activities with key customers and maintain engagement records.
• Demonstrate value through demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps; collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for consistency.
