Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Solution Engineering Domain Specialist to collaborate with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions. The role emphasizes acting as a trusted advisor, driving value realization, and leading adoption within large accounts.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, R&D, and Services, delivering demos and roadmaps while promoting a flexible remote work environment that supports balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 10+ years in a technology or business discipline.
• Experience with portfolio management, FinOps, and enterprise Agile management tools (Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio).
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe) and enterprise software environments.
• Ability to translate customer business problems into working software solutions and present value delivery to executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to lead strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical engagements with large enterprise customers to build and grow value from ValueOps solutions.
• Develop relationships across customers' IT and business silos to document and share portfolio management and agile transformation insights.
• Deliver demos, proofs of value, and roadmaps to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure alignment across solutions and roadmaps.
• Direct and mentor team members within assigned accounts and manage adoption activities.
