Job summary
Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a senior ValueOps Domain Specialist / Solution Engineer to work remotely with large enterprise customers, translating business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions.
You will perform demos, align value with customers, build relationships across IT and business silos, and lead adoption initiatives while collaborating with Sales, R&D, Services and Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years in a technology or business related discipline.
- Strong PM, portfolio management, and agile transformation experience.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Build relationships across customer IT and business silos to understand portfolio management and agile challenges.
- Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
- Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
- Maintain understanding of Agile Operations capabilities/products across portfolio.
- Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
- Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for cross-solution alignment.
- Collaborate with domain teammates for cross-pollination and learning.
- Contribute to account marketing activities.
