Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a senior Domain Specialist to collaborate with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into strategic PPM, Agile and portfolio management solutions. You’ll lead engagements, demonstrate value, and drive adoption across large accounts in a remote, flexible environment.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders within your territory, delivering demos, roadmaps, and tailored solutions that align with customers’ business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.
• Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe.
• Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems.
• Ability to interact with business users to discuss and document business requirements, and then translate those requirements into a working application.
• Broad understanding of business and IT management.
• Strong presentation skills, including software demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing value alignment with strategic customers.
• Building relationships across customer IT and business silos to understand, document and share portfolio management, agile transformation, challenges and impact of planned projects.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Managing and directing team members within assigned accounts.
• Present solution & adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy and consistency across solutions in assigned customers.
