Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Value Stream Manager/Operations Leader at its Fort Worth facility. You will own end-to-end performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, working capital, and customer service, leading a multi-layer team across shifts.

You will translate strategy into operating plans, drive Lean practices, and partner with functions like Materials, Quality, Finance, and HR to align demand and resources. This role prepares for Plant Manager accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including substantial responsibility as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-shift manufacturing organizations.
• 10+ years owning operational performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business and operational performance for a major value stream or operating segment.
• Translate site and business strategy into annual operating plans and capital priorities.
• Lead and develop a multi-layer organization across multiple shifts.
• Serve as a senior member of the site leadership team and contribute to facility-wide decisions.
