Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of manufacturing experience and cross-functional exposure.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to make plant-level decisions and lead the VS team.
• Develops strategies and budgets to achieve safety, delivery, quality, and cost goals.
• Implement and monitor safe work practices; conduct safety audits and improve safety metrics.
