The position leads logistics and warehouse teams, owns inventory accuracy, and drives Lean initiatives such as kanban and milk-run to improve efficiency and cost. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of internal-logistics/warehousing experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven experience designing material flow, warehouse layouts and line-side replenishment.
• Strong command of WMS/ERP systems and Lean logistics practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs and leads the internal-logistics, warehousing and material-flow strategy.
• Ensures timely line-side replenishment to production.
• Optimizes warehouse layouts, picking routes and material-handling systems.
• Leads and develops the logistics and warehouse teams.
• Owns inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs.
• Drives Lean logistics initiatives (kanban, milk-run, pull systems, water-spider).
