Job summary

BestCo, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Director, Value Stream to drive end-to-end manufacturing improvements across product forms. You will partner with engineering, planning, quality, safety, and logistics to optimize margins and ensure GMP compliance.

The role requires extensive manufacturing leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic program management to deliver on budget and performance targets. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.
• 12 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a highly regulated environment.
• 10 years’ direct people management experience.
• Working knowledge of cGMP’s for a highly regulated industry.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product form to improve operational and business outcomes.
• Lead commercialization program with end-to-end readiness for launch and ramp-up.
• Define short- and long-term models for commercial operations to deliver margin improvement.
• Partner with sales and product development to build a margin-accretive portfolio of new products.
• Lead team to deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintain accurate accounting.
