Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Operations Leader for Systems & Controls Solutions in the United States. You will drive end-to-end operational strategy, overseeing manufacturing, materials, quality, and delivery to support growth and product roadmaps.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure readiness and scalable operations, while championing Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement to maximize safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal operational partner to translate business objectives into executable operational strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead performance across manufacturing, materials, quality, and customer delivery to ensure reliable execution.
• Drive operational excellence across the network, aligning capacity, inventory, and resources with demand and growth.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Oversee materials planning and inventory management to optimize working capital and uninterrupted supply.
