Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced operations leader to develop and execute strategies for the Water-Cooled Value Stream. You will own P&L performance, lead capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing/ops/engineering/quality/supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years leading complex projects or large hourly workforces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the Water-Cooled Value Stream.
• Own value stream P&L performance including labor, productivity, quality, inventory and costs.
• Lead annual operating plans, capacity, headcount and capital investment initiatives.
