Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of progressive operations and cross-functional management experience.
• Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in engineering or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in achieving impactful results across multiple product lines and departments while prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
• Own capital, fixed, and variable budget planning with variance reporting and forecasting.
• Provide strategic leadership for planning and scheduling to support timely receipts, shipments, and material management.
