Qualifications

• 10+ years in Value Engineering, Value Advisory, or related executive-facing consulting.
• Deep industry experience in retail, CPG, supply chain, or product authentication.
• Advanced skills in IRR, NPV, ROI, TCO, payback, and capital-cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead value discovery with customers and account teams.
• Build credible business cases covering ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback.
• Translate capabilities into measurable outcomes with clear success criteria.
• Develop and maintain value-based deal frameworks and ROI models.
• Engage with AI and technology discussions with customer architects.
• Tell executive stories with Duarte-class pitch decks.
• Collaborate with sales to run the room and ensure momentum.
• Create repeatable value-based selling methodologies.
