Job summary

Parloa seeks a Senior Value Engineer - West Coast to own the financial narrative behind major enterprise AI deals. You will craft CFO-grade ROI models, translate AI capabilities into quantified business outcomes, and drive value-led decisions with executives across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams.

You will work on high-impact $1M+ opportunities, shaping deal strategy, executive alignment, and investment decisions, while enabling a scalable approach to value realization and post-sale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in value consulting or value engineering within enterprise B2B SaaS or software environments
• Proven track record building ROI models and business cases that influence $1M+ enterprise deals
• Strong financial modeling (NPV, IRR, TCO, payback) and ability to defend assumptions in executive talks
• Autonomous with ownership mindset, collaborating across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams
• Hands-on, pragmatic, capable of building models from first principles

Responsibilities

• Own value engineering across the full sales lifecycle from value framing to post-live validation
• Build CFO-grade ROI models quantifying cost reduction, productivity gains, revenue uplift, CX improvements
• Lead executive value discovery sessions and workshops translating priorities into quantified outcomes
• Partner with Account Executives on deals, shaping value narratives for pricing, competition, and expansion
• Develop standardized value frameworks and tooling, translating analysis into executive narratives
• Drive post-sale value realization by validating outcomes and supporting expansion
• Capture field learnings into scalable GTM playbooks and industry benchmarks
