Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation across Fortune 500 customers. You will partner with Senior VEs to mash up consulting, project management, and technical execution within the Celonis Context Model to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead value realization, manage stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to craft rapid outputs while collaborating with product teams on new use cases and scalable solutions for complex customer journeys.

Qualifications

2+ years in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
Foundational IT, SaaS, or business software knowledge; AI-fluent for outputs.
Builder mentality; comfortable with ambiguity; focus on customer value.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
Stakeholder and program management; strong English; Dutch bonus.
Domain knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain.
Engineering, CS, Math, Business Analytics, or technical/economics degree.

Responsibilities

Value selling & realization: identify improvement opportunities and map Celonis into the client tech stack.
Stakeholder management: coordinate with project managers and middle management; support change initiatives.
Program management: help drive transformation programs with AI-enabled workflows.
Platform & AI fluency: use AI tools for rapid outputs and work with VE teams for solution builds.
Scale value & innovation: identify expansion opportunities and relay feedback to product teams.
