Job summary

Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, seeks a Senior Value Engineer for Manufacturing to address key operational challenges across CPG and industrial sectors. You will combine hands-on validation with strategic client engagements, bridging IT/OT systems to drive measurable ROI.

You will work with AI/ML partners and leverage the PI platform to redesign processes and articulate business value to executives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, value engineering, or solution consulting in Manufacturing.
• Deep manufacturing domain knowledge across Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Asset Management.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and Prompt Engineering with ability to inspect code and guide data model creation.
• Hands-on automation background translating requirements into scalable solutions using orchestration and AI agents.
• Track record of project ownership including workshops, multi-stakeholder delivery, and executive readouts.
• Strong executive presence capable of explaining complex AI/PI architectures to non-technical leaders.
• Willingness to learn evolving AI technologies and platform capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Industry Credibility: drive pre-sales and land motions for plant managers and supply chain executives.
• Process Re-Design & Agentic Automation: architect solutions using workflow orchestration, write-backs, and AI agents.
• Technical Steering & Data Modeling: guide data models using SQL and Python, review code for rigor.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: lead POV projects, run discovery workshops, manage multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Executive Value Articulation: present ROI concepts to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
