Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer - Manufacturing to solve critical operational problems for strategic accounts in CPG, pharma, and process manufacturing. You will blend hands-on SQL, Python, and Prompt Engineering with high-level strategy to redesign processes and drive ROI at scale.

You will lead POV projects, architect data models, and deliver executive-ready readouts, partnering with IT/OT ecosystems and AI/PI platforms.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, value engineering, or solution consulting within Manufacturing.
Deep manufacturing domain knowledge across core operational processes.
Proven proficiency in SQL, Python, and Prompt Engineering with ability to inspect code and validate logic.
Hands-on automation background translating requirements into scalable solutions.
Experience leading workshops and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Drive pre-sales and land motions, speaking to plant managers and supply chain leadership.
Architect and prototype automated solutions using orchestration and AI agents.
Steer data modeling and validate code for robustness and performance.
Lead end-to-end POV projects and coordinate multi-stakeholder delivery.
Deliver compelling executive-ready ROI presentations to C-suite.
