Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a valuation professional to join its Valuation team in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing businesses and assets for financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic decisions.

You will build advanced valuation models (DCF, market comps, option pricing), review forecasts, and present conclusions through reports and client discussions. Collaboration with clients and mentoring junior professionals are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Two years of business valuation experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations of businesses, securities and other assets for reporting, taxation and transactions.
• Build and update complex valuation models (DCF, comps, options pricing, Monte Carlo).
• Assess financial statements, forecasts and market data to develop supportable conclusions.
• Develop valuation reports and client presentations communicating methodologies and findings.
