Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP's Valuation team delivers independent, technically sound valuations for financial reporting, tax, estate planning, and transactions, drawing on industry knowledge to support clients with clarity and confidence.

You will perform analyses of businesses and assets, build complex models (DCF, comps, option pricing), assess drivers of value, supervise engagements, mentor junior staff, and communicate findings in reports and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office tools.
• Strong understanding of valuation concepts and techniques.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and valuations of businesses, assets, and securities for financial reporting, tax, and transactions.
• Build, update, and evaluate valuation models (DCF, comps, options pricing, Monte Carlo).
• Assess financial statements, cash flows, and forecasts to derive value drivers.
• Develop valuation reports, memoranda, and client presentations communicating methodologies and conclusions.
