Responsibilities

• Execute business valuation engagements across various industries.
• Develop and analyze financial models using Income, Market, and Asset approaches.
• Perform DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and other valuation analyses.
• Review client financial information and identify unusual trends for deeper investigation.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to managers, directors, and clients.
• Mentor junior valuation professionals and support training activities.
• Stay current on valuation standards and market conditions.
