Responsibilities

• Prepare business valuation models and reports
• Research and analyze industry, transactional, and economic information
• Prepare for and participate in management interviews, onsite or via teleconference
• Assist audit teams with reviewing and testing fair value estimates
• Assist with mathematical testing for quality control procedures
• Participate in investigations, litigation support, and forensic engagements
• Analyze financial and legal documents, reconstruct financial statements when needed
• Apply research skills to gather, organize, summarize data and reach conclusions
• Deliver responsive communication with clients and internal teams
