Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a valuation professional to perform analyses and valuations of businesses, securities, and illiquid assets for financial reporting, tax compliance, and transactions. You will build and update complex valuation models (DCF, market comps, option pricing), assess cash flows, research markets, and prepare technical reports and client presentations.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 2 years of valuation experience are required, with strong MS Office and Capital

Two years of valuation-related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Perform analyses and valuations of businesses, securities, illiquid investments for reporting, tax, and transactions.
Build and update complex valuation models using DCF, market multiples, and option pricing.
Assess financial statements, cash flows, and forecasts to develop supportable conclusions.
Conduct industry research and compare market trends and peers for valuation context.
Develop clear valuation reports and client presentations communicating methods and results.
Engage with clients to gather information and discuss valuation findings.
